Can your nonprofit board be better?

Can your nonprofit board be better!

How much does your Board really know about your organization?

Do you wish your Board understood more about their role is as a Board member?

Emcee Enterprises in partnership with the Nonprofit Research Institute has created a tool to assess the knowledge your board possesses about your organization and their role as Board members.

The assessment covers areas of mission, vision and values, human resources, financial profile, activities and programs, and planning and evaluation.

Our mission at Emcee Enterprises is to help nonprofits build, remodel, expand and strengthen their organizational structure.  Our partners at the Nonprofit Research Institute share a similar mission.  We believe this Board level organizational tool will help you understand what your Board does know and what they need to learn to be an effective Board to support the nonprofit organization and its mission.

Emcee Enterprises and the Nonprofit Research Institute have an opportunity for three nonprofit organizations in the Wichita (Kansas) Metro Area to have access to this tool and a face-to-face discussion of the results at a Board meeting at no cost to them.  We will select three nonprofit organizations that respond with an explanation as to why they think their Board and their organization would benefit from this assessment.

The information collected in the assessment is completely confidential between the board member and others on the board and the Nonprofit Research Institute and Emcee Enterprises.

To send your explanation for consideration of the no-cost assessment and scoring presentation, email Emcee Enterprises at esquared4u@gmx.com or Nonprofit Research Institute at npresearch@gmx.com

We look forward to serving you and creating a greater impact of your organization on its mission.

Sincerely,
Dr. Matt Johnson
